“Pulled in to the left side for unsecuring. Got directions to office. Checked in. Help with bungees and help pulling and folding tarps. Forklift driver even said if run out of places to stop for the night and delivering here can park over night behind fencing. Best place I've delivered in a very long time!!!”

He went above and beyond and did whatever was necessary to make sure we could take care of our customers. “My issue is how they display their sale prices. If you show 19.99 on something we shouldn't have to read the fine print that it's for members. Have the regular price and then below it membership. Twice I went up there thinking that was the price to only be told I would have to pay for a membership to get that price.”
“The driver dropped off a load of lumber for the new construction next door. He was there before 7am and noticed I let my dog out. He made a second delivery at 2pm and knocked on the door. He wanted to apologize in case he woke me during his first trip. What?! Who does that?! That's amazing! Unbelievably condiderate and kind. Thanks for exemplifying such excellent customer service!”
“My family visited Home Depot on Friday night in search of flooring and paint. We walked in and got a cart to put my kids in and started on our search. We were greeted multiple times when we walked in. 2 minutes after we walked in, we had a young Home Depot employee approach us with different cart, because he saw us in the front of the store without a fun racing cart for the kids. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back because of the friendliness and helpful employees that made our trip so much more enjoyable! We didn't even have to find employees to help us, they were already looking for us to help!”
“This lowes is large and has a good selection of items. Everyone is usually very friendly. It is a little odd that the girl at customer service today was basically just wearing underwear. I would understand if the employee was a lifeguard, but she’s a customer service representative, which i think warrants wearing pants.”
