“Clean rooms. Great staff. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. My only complaint would be some traffic noise. It was a Saturday night and it's a busy area. That was no longer a problem once the traffic died down. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Our service was fantastic! We were in town for a soccer tournament and Holly was great! The other staff were also great! Only con is Marriott tvs have remotes that are difficult to push the buttons. The pool was clean and the location was great!Rooms: Rooms were updated and clean.Walkability: Within walking distance of 5 restaurants and shopping.”

“Upon arrival they were ok not great but ok. I had to come back later for the check in time as I was a little early. No big deal. They said call to check on a room before coming by but I did and was on hold for 5 minutes and hung up went by instead. The hotel lobby is clean and has a snack area that is pretty decent. The coffee machine was broken so had to leave for coffee. I came back later and the room was nice and they put me where I wanted to be. So accommodating for sure. There is one ice machine in the lobby good clean ice. They have full size ice box in the rooms. WIth a many kitchen I assume in each room. Large room clean smellling. Not noisey even though close to the road. Nice small exercise room. They had a pool but it is closed.THere is every resteraunt you could want within walking distance. Also big box stores too. Bathroom clean. Price was decent. Felt safe there at this hotel and the location. No problems only stayed the one night.Rooms: nice rooms more above. I do think the rooms and the carpets need to be upgraded like others noted. But I am not real picky either. It is not bad at all for the price.Nearby activities: Everything is close even a B dubs.Safety: no problemsWalkability: everything even Barnes and Noble and a theatre is close. Coffee shop 5 minute walk away.Food & drinks: Had JJ's it was awesome.”

“Among my top three stays in my recent dozen travel stays. Full sized fridge, kitchenette, actual silverware, plates and glasses. Even the breakfast felt fancy, though I was a little disappointed in the available seating space.”

“Was in town for Bikes, Blues and BBQ 2023. Under new management and remodel, spoke with the owners while I was there and they told me all their plans to renovate that whole parking lot. Will be a great corner when done. So far the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great place to stay if you just need a nice/clean place to sleep and shower :) Hot breakfast was way better than most in this hotel tier. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, juices, milk, cereals and all the pastries you could eat.”

“Immediately upon entering the hotel, it felt like the best place to continue the party and enjoy a nightcap! All the guests were either playing pool, enjoying a drink at the bar, or unapologetically chillin' in the lounge areas. It was something else! The best part is that none of the sounds bleed into the guest rooms. Their rooms were nice, clean, quiet. Surprisingly, the tile, desk, and counters show minor wear and tear, but the bed was comfy and supplied a whole night's sleep. The outlet situation/placement could be better, but that's the case in most hotels. I thoroughly relished the vibe this hotel gave off. I wish I could have joined in! There is something about vibrant surroundings that makes me feel right at home!”

“The service is great! I made a mistake by booking the wrong night, which added complications for them and they accommodated me even though they didn’t have to and a refund wouldn’t have been possible either. The people here care and do a great job. The room is overall normal for the price and is cleaned well. No mold or mildew and clean towels. The sheets are clean, but I could see some old stains that seem to be evidence of bedbugs. I looked to check the mattress corners and found the mattress and the boxspring are encased as they need to be and must always stay that way when treated for bedbugs. There are no stains on the encasings or the layers over them. I don’t know what to say about the location because location is not something which typically concerns me. I just need a place to stay close enough to where I need to be in the morning.Noteworthy details: There is often a stigma about bedbugs; however, they are a common pest that have evolved closely with humans. They can be irritating, but they do not spread disease like fleas, ticks, and mosquitos do. The problem is they set up camp and live entirely off of us, but if you catch them early, they can be dealt with quickly to stop them from spreading. Just don’t place any of your luggage on the ground, wash and dry all your clothes and bags when you get home because high temperature kills them—120 F or greater. Steam your suitcase or find some other way to get it hot for a while, but not where they can run from the heat and into your house.”
