“My dad and I were in town for the weekend of 11/21/25-11/23/25 for a funeral, and this hotel and its team were the exact perfect counter to a somber trip. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, the pillows weren't even as bad as a lot of Hilton locations. The breakfast buffet provided an excellent amount of surprisingly delicious choices. The team made my dad feel comfortable, and they were all so friendly. I genuinely believe that they would have been just as kind and wonderful even if I was not a Diamond member. If I travel this way again, I will 100% stay in this location!”
“Excellent experience from the convenience of its location to the nice accommodations that the hotel offers, but what really stood out was the staff. Specifically the front desk person (Beth) who was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. It’s becoming less common for the interactions to feel authentic or warm, but hers did, and it was appreciated!”
“The hotel itself was nothing to write home about. It could use some decoration upgrades. The hot tub was out of commission, so maybe they’re starting on them. It’s clean though, so that makes up for the lack of decor. What made this place great was the staff and the complementary breakfasts. It wasn’t just the usual bagels and toast affair. There was bread pudding, cheesy grits, steel cut oats and French toast. We were here from Thursday to Monday. Every morning was something different. The staff were all so sweet and made us feel welcome. Not to mention it is conveniently located near the Greenway. Thanks for the great Staycation!”
“Great location. Kitchenettes are modern. USB electrical outlets at head of bed. No carpet (that's good). Mattresses really comfortable. Good overhead lighting. Really, that wasn't anything wrong anywhere.
Plus, my favorite, can park right in front of the room door. No hassles with luggage carts & waiting on an elevator.”

“I honestly wish I could give this hotel more than five stars. I recently stayed here for about 2 and a half weeks and it was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced.
The hotel was immaculately cleaned down to vacuuming under the couch cushions. Hallways were dusted and vacuumed, and the staff kept our room perfectly clean anytime we requested it.
The meals were some of the best I have ever had at a hotel. The evening social meals, I call them meals instead of appetizers, because I easily got full off of every single one. I was also pleasantly surprised that during the entire stay, there wasn't a single repeat in the social meal menu. It was nice to try a variety of foods. They were all delicious. And the staff preparing them was so kind.
There are two different lounge areas, and I got a chance to spend a good bit of time in both. I would go down and read, socialize, watch tv, or just to get out of the room for a bit.
Every single staff member I met was an absolute delight. They were all super friendly, and went above and beyond to take care of the other guests and I.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Rogers area. I was sad to leave. It was truly a wonderful experience.”

“This review is a month or so late but well deserved. The management and staff work hard to make sure everyone has a quiet peaceful stay. They are very accommodating to those with disabilities and do everything they can to make your stay a great experience. Prices are really good too! I meant to take photos while there but the photos others posted are accurate and the beds are nice. Rooms are clean. I can't say anything bad about this place!”

“This hotel pleasantly surprised us! There was some remodeling going on in January ‘26 when we visited but it didn’t affect our stay. The front desk was very friendly, the room and bathroom was very nice and spacious, and a little towel animal was there to greet us on a bed, as well as some complimentary water bottles. The pool was clean and they had a few pool floaties in available too, that was a nice touch. And then the breakfast was delicious! They had so many well stocked options for hot and cold foods. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area again.”
