After a customer completed her purchase, she accidentally left some of her items behind. Ms. Hope noticed and made sure those items were returned to her. It may seem like a small act, but on a day that felt like it was 500 degrees outside (okay, maybe not quite 😂), many people would’ve kept going.

“I wanted to say the worker Mrs.Carly who works the cashier she was the most polite, patient, And she is so kind!! She really was quick made sure I got my cash back correctly. Everything was neatly arranged in my bags and she double bagged my eggs to make sure they wouldn’t get squished. She really made my day that day and she doesn’t even know it..
