“Had to get a new phone for my husband, went in to the Jacksonville Verizon, October 31st, they helped me figure out how to file a claim, they were all very helpful, especially , Hunter Verbeck, the Store Manager he was very helpful and they were all friendly. Went back the next day and Hunter helped me with getting a new phone and got it all set up! These are all awesome people in this store, I would highly recommend them!!”

“Candy at the Pike Metro store was so wonderful. Before I went to the store I was so frustrated and depressed, because I couldn't get into my old phone to get my photos. I tried everything and still could not get in it. When I went to the store I talk to Candy and told her what was going on, she said she would try to help, but she wasn't sure if she could do it. She did it she got into my phone and I got my photos back. She's a miracle worker to me! I can't thank her enough!? I have been with Metro for a very long time and I always go to the same store. He definitely has the type of customer care service that he leads by example of how one should be with a customer. Going forward, I won't go to any other location unless he is the representative that will assist me. I've had poor experiences with other locations, even the one I went to prior to going to this location. Hands down, very pleased!! He deserves a raise! AT&T off hwy 107 in Sherwood Arkansas.”
