Came in, spoke with Ethan and not only was he very pleasant and knowledgeable, he was honest and fixed my phone with a reset. He refused to charge me and even declined a tip! What a fantastic guy!”

“Had to get a new phone for my husband, went in to the Jacksonville Verizon, October 31st, they helped me figure out how to file a claim, they were all very helpful, especially , Hunter Verbeck, the Store Manager he was very helpful and they were all friendly. Went back the next day and Hunter helped me with getting a new phone and got it all set up! These are all awesome people in this store, I would highly recommend them!!”

Katye was also incredibly helpful. She reviewed my existing home WiFi service and offered me an upgrade that I didn’t even realize I could get. I really appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to make sure I had the best setup possible.
