“Ms. Jean was wonderful. I didn't know what I was doing, I was bringing the packages in for my son. She walked me through everything. I had a barcode my son had sent me in a text message. She tried to scan it , but it wouldn't work. She asked me if I knew how to make my phone brighter but I didn't. She showed me how. She was so sweet . I'm seventy three, and I was really impressed with her. I'm not that knowledgeable with everything she did. I wish all employees everywhere were like her. Thank you so much for a nice experience.”

“I am a full-time internet reseller, and I have been to a lot of post offices, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best one in Central Arkansas. A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!”

“The employees are nice and professional, but there is a lack of urgency to secure your packages.
When I would drop off a package, the employees would simply tell me to leave it on the counter. If I am sending anything of value, it makes me hesitant to leave the store until the package is secured by the employeees. Anyone coming into the store could simply take the package I had dropped off.
They have recently added a locked drop-box, which helps to resolve this issue. However, a large package will not fit in it.”
“My package was going to be delivered to my address the next day but I saw per the details that it was already in Little Rock. It was a very time sensitive document. I went to the office, and they had it ready for me. Great service!”
