“I am a full-time internet reseller, and I have been to a lot of post offices, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best one in Central Arkansas. A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!”

“The employees are nice and professional, but there is a lack of urgency to secure your packages.
When I would drop off a package, the employees would simply tell me to leave it on the counter. If I am sending anything of value, it makes me hesitant to leave the store until the package is secured by the employeees. Anyone coming into the store could simply take the package I had dropped off.
They have recently added a locked drop-box, which helps to resolve this issue. However, a large package will not fit in it.”

I shipped a document overseas yesterday and the gentleman at this office bent over backwards ensuring that he gave the destination DHL office all of the address information I had. Even the man answering their 800 number was helpful. Yes, it's spendy, but I expect this shipment to safely arrive and to do so on the advertised date.”
