Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Springdale offers clean, sanitized vehicles and a low-touch rental process across its 7,000+ locations worldwide. Customers generally appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, often highlighting their professionalism in handling various situations. For instance, one customer praised Prince for addressing issues with the car's windshield wiper fluid and windows, showing generosity by reducing the rental cost. Another customer expressed gratitude towards Peter, who skillfully managed a deposit situation with empathy, ultimately returning the deposit despite challenges. However, not all experiences were positive; some customers faced frustrations due to parking difficulties, dirty cars, and issues with vehicle features like Android Auto. Additionally, the policy of returning cars with a partial tank was a point of contention for at least one reviewer. Despite these drawbacks, many customers found the staff to be accommodating and understanding, making the overall experience enjoyable. With a mix of excellent service and some operational challenges, Enterprise Rent-A-Car remains a popular choice for car rentals in the area.
