“The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. The fire alarm is unsettling as it resembles a camera. Additionally, the home improvement section requires better organization.”

“I ordered a specialty cake that was supposed to say “Happy 10th Anniversary J&J”. We went to pick up today (Saturday 10/24) and the cake read “Happy 10th BIRTHDAY J&J”.
The only person behind the deli/bakery counter was a super sweet employee named Leanne B. She immediately heard my concerns, triple checked my order and confirmed it did NOT SAY BIRTHDAY and immediately called the cake decorator. The cake decorator was not able to pop in and help (which we understood bc it was her time off) but Leanne B did not want us to leave with a wrong cake. She is NOT a cake decorator at Harps, but she scraped off the “Birthday” and offered to write “Anniversary” in a matching color. Her hand writing was better than the actual cake decorators. She also got permission to give us a small discount since we had such an issue. She went above and beyond to help us even though it wasn’t her department and it technically “wasn’t her job” (which I’ve had employees say to me from this store before). She was sweet and patient the ENTIRE TIME which made me stay calm and not freak out about the cake being wrong. 5 stars for Leanne B!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Tidy, well stocked, inexpensive and clean. We stopped at ALDI hoping to find an Advent calendar but it seems that they're popular. This is our fourth on this journey because we bought two of them last month and then forgot to put them in the car for the trip. Oops.
The store is in great shape and just like every other ALDI I've been to. Bring your quarter deposit for your shopping card and your reusable bags. Inside, it's laid out like the ALDI I went to this year in Wadsworth OH, Fulton NY and Birmingham AL. Produce, canned and dry goods, deli, meat, frozen, even beer and wine. All good quality and very low prices.”
“As a butcher shop this place has most teams you could want especially if you’re looking for ethic cuts or types of animals most places wouldn’t carry. Staff are always friendly and service is usually fast. My Spanish is very weak and it’s hit or miss if someone speaks English, but I get by just fine. Their prices are great especially if you compare to another butcher just up the road at Dimes meat market. I will say their food is quite good if you’re looking for a great burrito. I’m honestly just confused when the kitchen is open because I’ll randomly go in and they will fire up the grill to make stuff fresh, but I’ve never seen people waiting for food. They also carry a lot of basic groceries items and their produce selection is usually quite nice. Ask for avocados even if you don’t see them. Overall this is a wonderful shop for any tasty meal.”
“This store is VERY organized! The meat looks fresher, and it’s cleaner than another 10 Box store where I shop often. Hands down, they’re worth the drive to Springdale!”
“I checked out this local store a couple weeks back. I tried the empanadas, which are purto Rican (I believe), never have tried them before but they were delicious! The beef empanada, as soon as I m took a bite meat fell on the plate cuz it was filled. Their prices are competitive as they come. I like that they carry items that other latin stores in Springdale don't carry. They carry stuff from Venezuela as well.Much is productos Latinos, desde Venezuela hasta Puerto riqueños. La comida esta buena.”
“This Sam's has THE best pharmacy team! They're all super on top of patient care. Not rushed. Happy to talk meds with you. I moved my prescriptions here solely *because* of the level of excellence the whole team provides. Doesn't hurt I was able to save some $$ here too but even then, they're my preferred spot to go!”
“Have to say, pretty darn impressed with this unassuming food stop :) I say that because it doesn't look like much from the outside, especially not something you'd stop in at for a fresh sandwich, but you'd be mistaken. They will make you a delicious and FRESH "cold cut" sandwich on the spot, with fixin's for less than $5. For a good quick and easy meal while we camped nearby, this was a perfect solution. The staff was very polite and helpful and the store contains all the conveniences of a Casey's or similar (didn't see fresh coffee or fountain sodas, but otherwise they had bunch of grocery goods, some car needs like oil, etc. and some fridge and freezer items too). Great stop! Enjoy!”
“When you are in a hurry or are just the type of person who likes to be able to get "in and out as quickly as possible shopping" this is the Neighborhood Market for just that! This is my preferred shopping experience!”
“My first visit was today. I found a basket full of items that I couldn’t wait to try when I got home. My favorite buy has to be the dried hibiscus flowers… I immediately made a cup of tea! Less than $3 and was enough to fill a large mason jar. I will be back!”

“I was very happy to find Flower’s Bakery Outlet in Springdale!! I usually stop at the location in Harrison when I’m passing through. Today, I bought all I needed and have to say a BIG “ THANK YOU “ to the young lady working this morning. After purchasing my items, my friend put her things on the counter. The young lady (wish I could remember her name), took a loaf of bread and began examining it, walked to the bread shelf and brought another loaf. She then told us the first loaf was close to expiration date so she got her another loaf with an August expiration. She then looked at me and said, “all of yours are good, I checked the dates”. This young lady gave us exceptional customer service!! She was sweet and funny! We all must have chatted a good 15 minutes or so. This was a fun shopping trip, not to mention the prices on all our goodies. We’ll definitely be back!”
“I normally don't come to this store but I was on the hunt for drinks today and I scored. The store is pretty clean and very well stocked. I couldn't believe all the stuff they carry. The prices were pretty competitive which is a good thing. I seen a lot of workers stocking up everything so the shelves are not bare in this store. If your needing something fast I'd recommend this store so I will return for more Diet Dr Pepper from here. I did save 11 bucks.”
“Love coming to this supermarket when I'm going to cook traditional Mexican food. This place has it all from beans and cilantro to great cuts of meats. I've noticed coming here is much cheaper than the other markets. The cilantro and vegetables are always great and cheap. What I like is you can come in and eat a great meal such as tacos or burritos then go shop. Great friendly people working here.”

“Comparing food to traditional home Mexican food, this place gots it going on. Ordered a menudo and 2 pupusas and they were perfect. Not much of a place to look at, I presume the owners rather spend money on their menu than the building. Food was good and the prices are very good as well. For all you no tip people ... no tip is expected here. Just order and pay. Eat in or take home. Full menu of all your cravings.”
“This Sam's club offers different items not available at other locations, which is nice! It is extremely clean and everyone was helpful. I got home and realized I had left a few items in my cart and about an hour and a half later when I returned, only one of the two items were found outside where I left them. I stood at the return desk and spoke to Jamie and she helped make it right with some great customer service. Jamie went out of her way when she didn't have to, I really appreciate her and I will for sure be returning to this location due to the grade level of customer service.”

“Ashley is an amazing floral designer! She arranged a beautiful basket of flowers with balloons and chocolates for my mother's 83rd birthday (who once owned her own flower shop). Mom said the basket of flowers was perfectly arranged all the way around and the best she's ever seen. Wow!!”
“This Walmart is pretty much what you’d expect—convenient and well-stocked. It was fairly busy when I visited, but the staff was keeping things moving, and I was able to find what I needed without any issues. A reliable stop for everyday essentials.”

“Found this store on my short stay in Springdale and I love this store!. It has a lot of salvi foods and fresh for a great price. I found pitos And arrayanes, jocotes de corona y jocotes rojos in the frozen section and fresh cuajadas in the refrigerated section. Semita, torta de yema, etc. the best in Arkansas.”
“Absolutely hands down the best pharmacy! Matt and the other pharmacist are amazing and are ready to help with information and / or suggestions when asked about over the counter medications. We have used the pharmacy for many years . Recently, my husbands insurance forced him into using a different pharmacy. I continue to use Harp's for my prescriptions and am working to get my husband back with Harp's for his prescriptions.”
