Heritage Inn Springdale is a cheap place to stay with great rates and very reasonable prices. It is not a bad place at all and many find it a really great place. The staff is mostly friendly, kind, and accommodating, with specific mention of excellent front desk service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-stocked, and they have been remodeled. Amenities include comfortable beds, a full-size refrigerator in some rooms, strong air conditioning, and hot showers with good water pressure. The property is kept working well, is quiet, and is securely monitored. There have been no issues with bed bugs or pests. A bonus is that pets are allowed. A noted downside is the lack of a pool on site. Its location is convenient, with a park and the city aquatic center within walking distance. It is also next to a very famous restaurant called Susan’s, a favorite breakfast spot.
It was a good motel. The employees here are really nice.. !

There was an issue with the rooms at first but thankfully Tray was working the front desk! He didn't stop until he made sure we were taken care of and accommodated! Awesome dude right there

Cheap. No bed bugs. most of the staff and front desk are friendly. Not so much for the older blonde lady. They keep everything working well (air, hot water, cleaning the place). I was concerned about safety, etc, but I have had absolutely no issues.
