Went there to see about an upgrade the girl who waited on me acted like she didn’t even want to be there and I was bothering her she wasn’t helpful I’ll never go back to this store again she wanted to charge me full price when I should have gotten 40 percent discount.

Very helpful, I was in this store today and the girl is unpleasant. I don't understand how they have people who are good with customer service. They should look for people who are kind and respectful of people. She didn't want to help with my service and gave me bad gestures and bad faces. I don't recommend. this store

Having been a Metro pcs customer for several year I went to this location today to ask a technical question. The young woman I asked said she didn't know, went to another office and simply left me standing there unattended. I will not go to this location again.
