“This is the only place to rent trailers or containers from in my mind. The staff is always so friendly and their drivers are always on time and a joy to talk with. Other companies we've rented from aren't very prompt and seem annoyed when you call in, not Whittle! Easiest 5 Stars I've given.”

When I asked him if he could help us at the parts counter he said he would stop what he was doing to come help us but that someone should be up there. It was reassuring to know that someone was willing to help! Also there was someone at the parts counter and we got the part we needed and got back on the road ASAP”

“Very professional and accommodating. Had scheduled a hitch to be installed for a friend and noticed on the way they already had a hitch. LOL! They were very nice about the refund and cancelation. BTW, the price for hitch and install was very good!”

“Easy pickup and return for my trailer. The lady working the counter was nice. She was the only one in office so of course she was busy taking care of other people so I had to wait just a few minutes. But she was working as quickly as she could. I could see how you’d have a long wait if even just a couple people were in front of you. But not the workers fault. The guy working the returns was quick to come out and get us unhitched. He came out quicker than we could use the app to return.I’d highly recommend using the app for check in and return. Saves so much of your time and the workers time. Makes things go much smoother and quicker.”
