“When my girlfriend said she wanted to replace the windshield on her car, I was hesitant. My expectations were that the cost would be higher than the value of the vehicle itself, it would take weeks to do, and we would only find out it was taken care of by calling repeatedly. The auto shop she chose was in a less-than-ideal neighborhood which only intensified my worries.I was completely and totally wrong.
