“I haven’t really been able to sit down and write out how appreciative I am of Haley’s and the whole entire crew. In March of 2025 I hit a dear in my new Santa Fe. My insurance prompted me to take it to a chain shop that will remain unnamed. My car was in their shop 4 times, and each time I picked it up it looked worse than when I left it. I finally got fed up and pursued a body shop on my own. With the help of my dad (dad opinions are superior), I decided to try Haley’s . They communicated, they let me cuss and vent, but most of all they did it right. Not only did they not smear the other shop like I did, but they went above and beyond- so much so they even detailed my car when they gave it back. Wes and crew were so patient with me, lord knows I can get heated and I’m stubborn. They updated me every time something new came up, or when there was a part delay. When I got my Santa Fe back, it looked BRAND NEW, and sounded like it was supposed to. I’m so thankful for them, and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone in the area looking for COMPETENT work. The cherry on the cake is they treated me like an actual human being too.”
“Misty came out from the Texarkana office. She replaced my 2014 Ford Focus windshield; highly professional. I recommend her as well as Kason, both have excellent customer service skills.”

“Recently, my wife and I chose Texarkana Glass to replace some bay windows at the front and rear of our home. There were a few gickups on installation at first, but the technicians and operations manager (Heather) as well as her mast Technician (Mike) were very courteous and professional throughout the entire installation. Heather made sure my wife and I were happy with everything and made sure to followup via text and phone to ensure the overall installation was to our complete satifaction. I would very much recommend Texarkana Glass and their courteous staff any time without hesitation. The new windows look great! Thank you Texarkana Glass.”
