“Was charged twice by my car finance company. I have overdraft shut off so I was charged $28 twice for insufficient funds. Got bounced from branch to branch and told there was nothing that could be done due to it not being the bank at fault. Was told twice by two different branches to call another branch that it was not that branches responsibility. Laura and Gay both went out of their way to fix this situation even though I was quite rude with them at first due to being so frustrated. I appreciate them so much for fixing this for me. They are the only reason I did not close my account”
