“Decided to stay here for the reviews, did not disappoint! Room was large and comfortable with many small touches. Clean. Had a great night sleep, very comfortable bed and it even had a fuzzy blanket. Very nice room for the price. Definitely recommend! Only thing is that the entrance sneaks up on you but it is convenient right next to the highway”

“This location probably has the nicest staff of any of the places I’ve been. I travel for work every week and I always use IHG. They were so kind to me whenever I booked a room for my mom to stay. They were also very kind when I booked a room for my wife and children due to the air conditioner being out in our house. I was able to book via the app and when I called the front desk and explained the situation they made sure to take care of my family just like they were their own. Special shout out to Christian at the front desk, my wife and kids thought Christian rocked. Christian was also the associate that helped whenever my mother came into town. The location isn’t “the best” however, it serves as a room for so many Travelers and they handle it with care. Thank you IHG West Memphis Team!”
“The hotel staff was so nice and helpful, the hotel always smelled clean and fresh. Pool temperature is great with no chlorine burning your eyes the whole time. Rooms were clean, well lit parking lot, breakfast was good, they have a game area with a pool table and board games. One of the best hotels we've stayed at in a while. Nicole at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, she also gave me a recommendation for dinner at Pizza Pro and it was amazing.”
“I found this establishment to be just what I needed. Clean, quiet and safe. The weekly rate was idea for a working man or anyone staying for awhile. Modern accommodations and many nearby convenience made my stay welcoming. The staff was pleasant to work with.”

“Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!
My husband and I recent stay at this hotel from 8/21-8/24 was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Every detail was handled with care, making our trip for my MIL funeral completely stress-free.
• The front desk youmg lady named Sharon truly stands out. She accommodated our early check in request, which was great! The check-in was incredibly fast and welcoming. Sharon also provided with a printout of many restaurants-which was helpful.
• Our room 217 was clean and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. We could see the traffic, our vehicle and a great view of my husband whenever he went outside to sit on the bench located under our room window. This room is on the front side of the hotel.
• The location is perfectly situated. It is within short walking distance to a gas station and easy access on and off the highway.
• The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options. They also have affordable snacks to purchase. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the entire property, which was a huge plus.We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and we recommended this property to our friends and family when looking for a hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas.

Nearby activities: The Southland Casino was near and me and my wife visited and enjoyed ourselves and the food there was excellent!

“We haven't been there in four years. This is where we always stop on our way to Louisiana and back because it's halfway between. The most recent review I could find was from 2023 so I was hesitant to book there. But, I was very happy to find that it was very, very clean which is my biggest priority. We spilled some water on the table and when I used the hand towel to wipe up, the towel stayed clean. I don't walk around hotel rooms without something on my feet but my husband does. His socks stayed surprisingly clean. There's nothing fancy about this place - it's very basic. So, if you're looking for a bunch of extras, this isn't the place for you. But if you're like me and only care that it's clean and even more importantly, bug free then give it a try. You won't be disappointed.”
“These folk were very attentive. They came by each day for room service and asked if I needed anything. They are a very small motel. They have no laundry service or gym but they are clean and nice. They are owner operator. It is in truck stop area. They have a food truck in the parking lot. I enjoyed our 9 days there.”

“So me and my family went to this hotel I have a 2 bed with 3 kids and it’s me and my fiancé THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME WAS 70$ so 4 days later another man from another hotel came here and tried to charge me 85 saying they charging for my kids with that being said kids are suppose to be FREE RIGHT .??? And plus they sit and watch the camera ALL DAY ALL NIGHT AT FIRST I LOVE THIS HOTEL BUT AFTER THAT SITUATION I SAID FORGET THEM BECAUSE THE MAN WHO TRIED TO CHARGE ME 85 works at the hotel across the STREET WHO DONT LIKE KIDS AT ALL I MEAN DISLIKE KIDS ..!!! Today will be my last day there”

“For the price you can't really go wrong with this place. It's right off the Highway, they have hot breakfast and a pool, right next to a gas station. To realx, fuel up and head home made easy
The guy at desk at night was nice and so was the lady in the morning
Are the rooms dated.. yes but for the price you can't expect Hilton quality people just need to get over themselves. It's great for the price I was expecting a little less actually 😂”
“Very affordable hotel right off the interstate. Stayed here a couple times on a recent vacation didn't get the staff members name on the first check in but she was super polite and offered up tons of suggestions on places to eat and things to do. The second time we stayed coming back home Sasha had excellent customer service promptly preparing food for the breakfast as needed and our second morning even had extra prepared.”

“Great staff. We had delicious drinks at Charred Oak. The buffet food was cooked well. Comfortable beds and good curtains. We saw a great guitar player in the lobby near the bar. We lost money but had a nice time!”
