“Stayed for a week for business, room was clean and quiet, no late night interruptions or noises. Staff was kind and helpful whenever we interacted.

Didn't use many of the amenities as I was busy. The hotel breakfast was fine but there are so many good options to eat nearby that's usually what I went with.”

“all I can say is this the best hotel in Southhaven. I have not had one complained. I work graveyard shift. I could be in in the morning. It’s like sleeping at night because there’s no noise No nothing. The customer service is immaculate from day one when I got here, they accommodated me even when I felt like I was about to give up they didn’t allow me to give up and they helped me right off the back they know my name they know me, and that means a whole lot to me. Everybody here is awesome from the corporate people that I have met the owners the front desk, clerks, the management team, the housekeepers even the ground man. Everybody is so sweet. It smells like home when you walk through the door. The rooms are extremely clean they take pride of what they do here. I have no complaints here at all and I will be doing My the remainder of my stay here while I’m working here at this hotel so if you want a great pleasant, friendly home Environment like home come here and stay at candlewood”

“Room was nice, but it faced the main road and the sound of the traffic was loud. It seemed like a double pane of glass or some form of noice canceling. Would be a plus. SONO noise canceling on your window looks promising. I had my room cleaned once in the two weeks that I was staying there. The shower head would only adjust to a 45 deg. angle and there is no shower curtain, just a pane of glass. The water would flood the room. So I had to take a shower close to the inner wall. Once again they make shower heads that are above you and the water comes down like rain. Might have been nicer. The filters in the A/C were dirty. The laundry requires the use of an App. When I couldn't get it to work the staff said I needed to be on the hotel wi-fi. It isn't secure. My Corporate card was hacked and had to be canceled during a long trip, so everything else had to go on my personal card.
Other than that it is a nice place and I would stay there again. Just have my laundry done at a place like Spin City down the road. They wash and fold.”
