“I've stayed all over the world. I've never experienced staff like the ones at this location. Kind, attentive, always going above and beyond to help you. Every staff member we encountered were always asking us how we were doing. In a genuine way. The breakfast is wonderful. So many great options to choose from. The biscuits and gravy were my favorite. The parking was secure and gated. The grounds were very clean. The pool is on the 9th floor overlooking the bridge and Mississippi River. Its spectacular!! Fantastic location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel if you happen to visit Memphis. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Stanley and Leslie for going the extra mile to accommodate us. You guys were unforgettable. Thank you again!”

“Great place to stay in Memphis. Very good experience with staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, management). I've heard complaints about the restaurant but we had nothing but excellent experiences and ate there 6 times. General manager was great (met him when we had an issue with the free bike rentals) and I think he's made a big difference (he's been there for 5 months). Will definitely stay here again when we return.”

“We stayed here about 10 days ago, and we were very pleased with the hotel. The room was as advertised, and we were happy with the amount of space. The room, including the kitchenette and bathroom were also very clean.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold food items. The food servers were very helpful, when needed.
And a special shout out to Mike, who helped us with a car sun roof issue, allowing us to get back home safely. That's the type of hotel manager you always like to have.”

“The phone in my room did not work to be able to ring the front desk for help, the housekeeping staff forgot to replace my towels the first night of cleaning, and there were no extra blankets in the closet for the pull out sofa. The front desk staff were also kind of neutral— I had some bad experiences with a few cranky team members and encounters with others who were polite throughout my stay.
All in all, this was exactly what you would expect from a 3-star hotel (ie: don’t expect 5-star service at a 3-star hotel). I also found it a bit pricey when all was said and done.
However, despite all that, this hotel is in a fabulous location (walking distance from Beale street and the Bass Pro Shop Pyramid) and offers a nice breakfast ($10/pp). The rooftop bar is also a highlight and well worth a visit— even if you don’t drink.”

“The AC went out at my home so I needed a hotel quickly to get out of the heat while it was being repaired. My girls and I enjoyed the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff (I almost left/loss my earpod in the room but they returned it to me) and the included breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to, or encourage others to do so while staying directly across from the Wolfchase Mall.”

“I stayed at Hotel Indigo Memphis Downtown by IHG during my travels through the city and was really captivated by its unique, boutique charm. The entire property features a wonderfully stylish, retro-modern design that pays a fantastic tribute to the local musical history and culture of the region. The rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed, boasting beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable bedding, and a sleek, contemporary bathroom. I loved spending a warm afternoon relaxing by the cool outdoor pool area, and grabbing a signature cocktail from the hip on-site bar was the perfect way to wind down the evening. My only minor complaint was that the valet parking service was quite slow and backed up when I was trying to check out in the morning. However, given its central location within easy walking distance of the city's biggest sights and entertainment districts, it is a very solid, fashionable choice for a comfortable urban stay.”

“Hotel was fine, the main detractors were that there was clearly things left over from previous visitors in my room including a crayon that was not cleaned up, the toilet paper roll was poorly placed, and they use a ticket system for accessing and leaving the parking lot. None of these ruined my stay, but were just annoying. Especially since I saw at least 2 people struggle with the parking tickets. I am also glad I got a physical key as the digital key was unreliable. It was nice when it worked, but it needs a lot more refinement. I don't get why it doesn't just replicate the physical key with a dumber NFC read.”

“Ok. So notice how old some of these reviews are before you believe them. We JUST stayed here in march 2025 and it was absolutely incredible. Clearly tons of work and attention has gone into big improvements!! Rooms are so nice and clean, well decorated even if a little small, the lobby is amazing! There is a pool, jacuzzi, bar, continental and hot breakfast (for a fee) and a restaurant. We got a pizza a fries. The pizza was SO good!!! We will only stay here when in Memphis or anywhere near it!! The best part about our stay was the staff. I was treated like an old friend the moment I got here by everyone! It made me feel very welcome and appreciated. The luggage carts are nice. The three elevator is super fast and responsive! Try this place out. The prices are incredible for the value you’ll get here! Snack, drinks, water, fancy seats, digital keys. This place has it all. My only critiques are no coffee in room (but it’s free downstairs) the shower curtain doesn’t stay in place covering the whole shower ( may have just been our room) and we had a fridge but no microwave.
These things really didn’t matter. We had a cozy bed, hot water with amazing water pressure, nice heat and air, comfy couch, big mirror for getting ready, clean hallways, didn’t hear anyone else in their rooms at all, and clean hallways. Ice and vending on 6 and 8.
Stay here! They’ve put so much into warning your business!!”

Would like to suggest they offer some non dairy milk and yogurt options for the complimentary breakfast. Other than that it was an overall nice stay and would stay again.”

“The room was pretty decent for the price, it looks like they just renovated it since the rooms looked freshly painted, the restroom looked new as well and since is a gated motel you feel really safe. We stayed for a week with a baby and we slept without a problem the only thing is that when we arrived for check in there wasn't anyone in the office so we had to wait for the guy to come back and when we entered the room there was a few hairs in the bed other than that towels were clean and new and everything worked.”

“I stayed at the Peabody for Valentine's Weekend and I had the best time ever. Kelsea checked me in and she greeted me with a big smile. She was super nice and fast. The room was nice and very clean, the lobby bar was lively and fun. But the Duck Master. He was amazing. So friendly, so attentive, and he was everywhere at all times lol. My time here was 10/10 and I can't wait to come back!”
