Oil Change in West Memphis, AR

“I have used them twice now and each times they were informative and helpful. They are open on saturdays which helps me a ton, cause then I don’t have to miss work. They are polite as well. This last time took much longer than I would’ve liked but it was the 4th of July and they could’ve been short handed. As good as they have been to me that’s the only complaint I had but even that isn’t enough to take my car anywhere else. And lastly woman are looked down on or over charged for just being a woman, I’ve never felt that way they tell you what they are doing, what needs to be done in the future than hand you an easy to read receipt. If you go in with respect they return that.

Oh! When I got there a woman had her car towed there and they came out and said her car wasn’t repairable and that she needed a special shop or tool (I was entertaining 2 kids) anyway she was just going through town on her way to Texas. They allowed her and her dog sit inside and try to figure out what her next move would be.After an hour of her trying to get it together she was upset and still had no clue what she could do. I offered to drop her off at a local hotel and she took that offer and she really tried to give me money and I refused because I’ve been there and someone helped me so I was just returning the favor. But they could’ve made her leave because of her dog, but they did no such thing. They also professionally delt with answering her many questions with kindness and were kind and helpful.”

“This is where I always come for an oil change. The price is reasonable and it’s always pretty quick. I never have a problem but I did have a small leak after I left this last time (due to an old gasket, not their error). I called them to ask about it and they repaired it at no extra cost to me. I have also had brakes replaced here. They will continue to have my business.”

“The staff in the automotive department today was very helpful, knowledgeable and fast. The patched up a tire quickly on a Sunday record fast. Excellent work crew, real leadership of the team lead.”
