“I have used them twice now and each times they were informative and helpful. They are open on saturdays which helps me a ton, cause then I don’t have to miss work. They are polite as well. This last time took much longer than I would’ve liked but it was the 4th of July and they could’ve been short handed. As good as they have been to me that’s the only complaint I had but even that isn’t enough to take my car anywhere else. And lastly woman are looked down on or over charged for just being a woman, I’ve never felt that way they tell you what they are doing, what needs to be done in the future than hand you an easy to read receipt. If you go in with respect they return that. Oh! When I got there a woman had her car towed there and they came out and said her car wasn’t repairable and that she needed a special shop or tool (I was entertaining 2 kids) anyway she was just going through town on her way to Texas. They allowed her and her dog sit inside and try to figure out what her next move would be.After an hour of her trying to get it together she was upset and still had no clue what she could do. I offered to drop her off at a local hotel and she took that offer and she really tried to give me money and I refused because I’ve been there and someone helped me so I was just returning the favor. But they could’ve made her leave because of her dog, but they did no such thing. They also professionally delt with answering her many questions with kindness and were kind and helpful.”

“This is where I always come for an oil change. The price is reasonable and it’s always pretty quick. I never have a problem but I did have a small leak after I left this last time (due to an old gasket, not their error). I called them to ask about it and they repaired it at no extra cost to me. I have also had brakes replaced here. They will continue to have my business.”

“Larry does an excellent job. I think all of the men here are over worked & under paid, bc they are dedicated - & mind you, working amidst the heat waves we've been having this summer (& every summer). I don't think customers understand what they are possibly enduring when they complain on Google reviews, while being in the cold A/C. EVERYBODY knows Walmart has an auto care center so sometimes they can get swamped, just like a mechanic shop. I would give them a break - after all, we are all human. The only issue i have (across locations & hierarchy), is whether the staff, as a whole, has the professionalism one should have while working - particularly speaking of those outside of auto care bc they represent the retail side. They should step up their game & take their positions with a career outlook; in other words, they should challenge their own skills on how they output service. The store would increase sales, particularly if kept clean. But the generation of being too relaxed, without the ban of phones, causes service to dip in ratings. This includes front end managers, supervisors & possibly managers, who lack the type of customer-geared service that is now a lost art. In addition, I've noticed that each community holds a culture to which they accept & i can feel it in each store.”
