“This is where I always come for an oil change. The price is reasonable and it’s always pretty quick. I never have a problem but I did have a small leak after I left this last time (due to an old gasket, not their error). I called them to ask about it and they repaired it at no extra cost to me. I have also had brakes replaced here. They will continue to have my business.”
“The shop doesn't take reservations, but rather takes customers first come - first served. I showed up at 10am and was next in line, so no big deal there. In the bigger picture, this was quickest I was able to be seen by any other alignment service vendor in Memphis and West Memphis.
Darryl rotated my tires, then did a front-end alignment on my Jeep Gladiator within an hour. He does very clean and accurate work.
The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop and definitely Darryl.”

“I have used them twice now and each times they were informative and helpful. They are open on saturdays which helps me a ton, cause then I don’t have to miss work. They are polite as well. This last time took much longer than I would’ve liked but it was the 4th of July and they could’ve been short handed. As good as they have been to me that’s the only complaint I had but even that isn’t enough to take my car anywhere else. And lastly woman are looked down on or over charged for just being a woman, I’ve never felt that way they tell you what they are doing, what needs to be done in the future than hand you an easy to read receipt. If you go in with respect they return that.
Oh! When I got there a woman had her car towed there and they came out and said her car wasn’t repairable and that she needed a special shop or tool (I was entertaining 2 kids) anyway she was just going through town on her way to Texas. They allowed her and her dog sit inside and try to figure out what her next move would be.After an hour of her trying to get it together she was upset and still had no clue what she could do. I offered to drop her off at a local hotel and she took that offer and she really tried to give me money and I refused because I’ve been there and someone helped me so I was just returning the favor. But they could’ve made her leave because of her dog, but they did no such thing. They also professionally delt with answering her many questions with kindness and were kind and helpful.”
“The folks at Andrew's have truly been a life saver. Tara, Kat, and Tyler all did everything in their power to get us back on the road safely. Tara was incredibly patient with us while she made sure our vehicle was serviced quickly while on a trip away from home. Unfortunately, the vehicle had other plans, so Kat and Tyler worked hard to get us into something more reliable and affordable in a difficult situation. Their knowledgibility, patience, and empathy was above and beyond any expectation we had. We honestly cannot thank them enough for making it possible to get back home.”

The day my car was taken to the shop my autistic daughter was along with me. While waiting She became a little overstimulated & fussy, the ladies in the office brought out toys to keep her occupied while I handled some things. During the repair process they did an excellent job at keeping me updated on what was going on with my vehicle, when parts would arrive & my expected finished date. “Five stars isn't enough to give. I'm from out of town traveling across the country. My radiator got punctured and my car became undrivable. The people at TDC took a look at my car twenty minutes before close on a Friday, and chose to stay late to get me back on the road. And at a reasonable price!
I will recommend to all my friends who are planning to break down in West Memphis. 12/10”
