“I came to get an inspection done on my truck at the Covington Pike location, Jason was the one who assisted me and when I tell you he was awesome Jason let me know the things that needed to be done and gave me a print out with the pricing. Jason was so pleasant and kind and In a world where being kind is not always the customer experience I can say you have an amazing employee in Jason, I did not get my service done today but because of Jason I will be back when time allows to get it done and I will definitely be recommending your location for any service needs.

“Friendly staff. I love how fast this is and no appt required since I was overdue for an oil change, and didn't have time to leave my car for a full day with other mechanics.
I didn't mind that they tried to sell me wiper blades; I did need them. But, I didn't like that they presented their most expensive oil change prices, leaving out mention of the base price. It's written on the card below the expensive prices but he slightly covered it when he pointed to the others. He gave an odd explanation of why the basic oil change isn't a good one.”

“I had such a great experience at Valvoline! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I pulled in. They greeted me with a smile, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured or rushed.
What stood out most was how kind and respectful everyone was. They worked quickly, but still took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, and this team definitely delivered.

“Went to leave my house today & realized I wasn't going anywhere because my tire was totally flat. When tow driver arrived, he pointed out the tire & said I had a blowout. He was able to get car to Gateway Tire on Poplar (across from East High school) in time for salesperson Christian Castro to order me a tire. (It's Thanksgiving eve & my tire size is not one they normally carry in the store, so they have to order it.) I didn't mind waiting because they almost always have popcorn for you to enjoy while you wait. There's also a computer station so you can work or recharge your devices while you wait. I did not price shop or compare prices. When it's an older car & the tire is now an uncommon size which is not carried in regular stock in most places, it's hard to compare prices. But I appreciate the fact that Christian was able to look me up in his computer to see what tires I got last time. (I only got two new tires last time & now a single. I decided to hold off on a second tire today.) Tow driver knew of places that would sell me a used tire for $50 or $60. But as a senior female I am not comfortable putting used tires on my car. For me it would be penny wise & pound foolish.”
“On 5/28/26 I entered the parking lot at Tire Choice. I was met in the parking lot by a technician. He saw me pull in with 2 flat tires on my vehicle. This was due to me hitting a patched up broken part of the street on hacks cross. His diagnosis was that both rims on my vehicle were bent. The manager went above and beyond in trying to get me going the same day. I witnessed him call multiple tire warehouses to have them delivered the same day. After his efforts the soonest for delivery of the tires would be the next morning. They were also able to refer me to a shop that could repair my rims. The rims were repaired the same day. The next morning I received a text from the manager that the tires had arrived. When I arrived my car was ready to go. Honestly, it’s hard to find great service and a business where the employees really care. All 3 of the guys had great attitudes. Thank you guys for turning a frustrating situation into a pleasant one!”

“I'm surprised at the reviews. They told me it would be a 2.5 hour wait. We were visiting someone at the hospital across the street so went back there to wait, but I took the car, so they called me less than an hour later and said they were ready. I went back over. The guys were all working the whole time (at some garages, like PepBoys, they're just standing around while one works). I stood on the other side of the wall in the work area so I could ask questions, which annoys some mechanics, but these guys weren't annoyed.They only charged $10 to plug our tire, whereas I'd gone to Firestone near there who told me I HAD to have a new tire for no less than $150, so Walmart saved me $140.”

I use the Raleigh-Lagrange Tire Center for my rotations, road side tire warranty, and when things like this happen. They've always shot straight with me and taken excellent care of my car.
