“Enjoy going to winners/homesense, love all the seasonal decorations and food items from vanilla, spices, coffee, cookies, chocolates, jams, honey etc. I enjoy going through all the woman’s clothing and skincare products and bathing products etc.
the only thing with winners is the line ups can be so bad, not sure why they can’t get scanners and have cashiers like Walmart does.
Also when you want to return an item you have to stand in the long line up to return your item, there is no specific place to return it. Anyways the store is my favourite and I hope they can figure out the line up situation.
I was at the Chilliwack store today December 8 2025 around 3 pm and the line ups were all the way to the end and more and I asked the girl at the Jewelry counter if I could pay here and she said no, there were two girls standing there with nothing to do, very frustrating so I left my stuff and left the store. I noticed while shopping in the store the line ups were long but I heard over the PA that they call staff to the front to help with cash, so Winners is working hard to get the lineup through quickly, at 4:20 pm today the line up was short, happy to shop here today.”
“I got into Hudson Bay onl South Fraser to get some information with Saakshi Singh about a product and she simply was so professional, easygoing, and polite that I bought a couple things more than once there. She is such a gem and a pleasure to deal with! Amazing customer service!!! This is a perfect example of associate whose such a prestigious store should have!!! 10 out of 10!!! Lucky Hudson Bay which has Saakshi as part of its team. I will always go back to her in the future!!! ?”
“Really nice staff! Triangle rewards are so good here! I needed help bringing a large item out and immediately 2 staff volunteered to help even during the height of the bush holiday season! It’s definitely not as large as the one in Chilliwack and there aren’t any guns or as many knives or hunting supplies here, but overall a great spot!”

It's clean, has lots of stock.
There is room for improvement in the near future to be updated to today current walmart style like Langley or Abbotsford East stores”

“I always have a positive experience here, and that makes life just a little sweeter! The staff are friendly and kind and helpful. They have a great selection of non-toxic, organic items. The prices are fairly high but the quality of most items is much better. I look for the orange stickers, and often find 50 percent off ones, which is a huge help! You also get rewards points for every purchase over 15 dollars, which add up over time and can be used for free groceries. Today I had a wonderful experience in the cosmetic section with Dionne, she was so kind, patient and very helpful, which truly made my day! I continue to come to this store regularly because of my consistent positive experiences. Thanks to all the staff at this Choices that make it a welcoming place with an old-school neighborhood feel!
