“KMS handled their end of the transaction very well. I had a bit of a problem with Dewalt - it was unclear whether the replacement spool for their string trimmer was the right one. The products listed on the packaging did not match my model. Even when I contacted Dewalt directly they didn’t seem to know. When I finally opened the package, it did list my model in the instruction sheet enclosed.
In fact, the entire head of the trimmer is replaced!”
