“A note of much appreciation to Bryce who put in the level of extra effort one doesn't encounter often anymore. I was looking for a replacement component for my 15 yr old kitchen faucet and he not only quickly and efficiently confirmed what I needed, but also managed to have the manufacturer replace it under warranty & ship it to me, all for no charge, despite me no longer having the receipt! I will be recommending Bryce at Emco to all my friends & neighbours! Thanks for rekindling the hope that great service DOES exist out there!”

“KMS handled their end of the transaction very well. I had a bit of a problem with Dewalt - it was unclear whether the replacement spool for their string trimmer was the right one. The products listed on the packaging did not match my model. Even when I contacted Dewalt directly they didn’t seem to know. When I finally opened the package, it did list my model in the instruction sheet enclosed. In fact, the entire head of the trimmer is replaced!”

“I just had a really great experience working with Liriel. I called earlier with a few questions, and she sent me a detailed quote within minutes. She took the time to organize everything clearly, grouping the items by finishes so it was easy to compare options. Her communication was fast, clear, and thoughtful, and she was very patient and kind throughout the process. It felt easy and stress free to work with her, and I really appreciated how responsive and helpful she was. Thank you, Liriel, for such great service.
