“Wow! Shane & Aanchai go above & beyond. I felt like I was dealing with a small hardworking family business who cared that I left happy. When I had to bring my car in for some minor things after having body work done there they gave me a very expensive high end courtesy car that they covered (not ICBC) just for my inconvenience and wanted me to be happy. When I picked my car up even their technicians were excited to show me the work they had done. So nice to see people taking pride in there work.
I'm so impressed with how much everyone cared. I had an unrelated problem with my car and Aanchai was so prompt to get back to me and so flexible about me bringing it in. Even though it had nothing to do with them they diagnosed it and Shane thoroughly explained to me what was wrong and gave me the confidence to go to the mechanics who had done the work, who are now fixing it for free. This place is a gem in this day and age. I would highly recommend them.”

“Greg jumped through hoops and barrels to get me brake calipers for my Freightliner Ambulance. There was a subtle difference between front and rear rotors, yet his computer showed the same part number. He contacted someone at a distribution center to sort through their rotors to find the right ones (same part number, same casting, different location for bleeder and brake lines)...... he FOUND IT.... “These guys were helpful cool and laid back. I had an alternator that I purchased at Advanced Auto Parts who have since bought out carquest. They did not transfer purchases to their computer system so there was going to be an issue but these guys worked it out and honored their lifetime replacement warranty under Advanced Auto. Because of that I will continue to do business with this place they did not have to do that”
“Craftsman Collision across from Seven Oaks Mall had incredible costomer service! My vehicle got some minor damage and needed to be fixed. They were able go get me in quickly and had my car back to me in no time looking good as new. They even cleaned the interior! Unfortunately, I got home and realized I had a screw in my tire. I then contacted them to inform them of the issue. They promptly referred me to a local tire shop and said they would pay for it to be patched, even though they could have argued that it happened after I left. Unfortunately, the screw ended up being through the side wall and the entire tire had to be replaced for $550. I then spoke to the manager and explained the situation, fully expecting him to reject my request. However, he signed off on the entire balance to be compensated, even though I had no way to prove the screw came from their shop. Sabino asked what car we had and knew right away it was a simple job. He offered to help out in 3° weather, not to mention the wind chill. This is customer service. Give him a raise???”
