“My husband and I went to ICU in lynden to refinance our car and get a HELOC .We were met by a man named Chris Juchmes,who was the absolute best!!! Right from the start he was so friendly and eager to help us.Chris went above and beyond my expectations,he met us after hours to do paperwork because my husband had to work later then expected,he also not only took our calls at all hours but called us right away if we had to sign more paperwork etc...He just made what could of been a stressful time so much more stress free.I truly appreciated the time he spent with us explaining everything .I highly recommend Chris”

“This bank is always very good and never have a problem with any tellers but one , the young guy with the glasses that started a couple of years ago I try and avoid but sometimes I end up with him and can I guarantee you half the time I get him he makes my banking transactions difficult. I know it's not just me because I watch other customers frustration when they have him as well .”
