“On September 29th, I visited the TD Bank in Aldergrove with my disabled friend. My friend had a new phone, and we needed help logging in after reinstalling the banking app. The bank teller, Deelika, was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue, allowing my disabled friend to use his phone for banking without any issues. We were grateful to her.”
