“I came to this store for the first time and Bobbie was amazing. She went above and beyond she helped me set up my phone answer all my questions with so much patience and understanding. This was the first experience I had at a Telus location without any hassle. She truly embodied your vision statement. I will be recommending her to everyone I know. This store has a gem like Bobbie. I appreciate her service and I will keep coming back.”

“So I had, quite possibly, the most painless, easiest transaction to another phone I’ve had since phones became a thing. Destiney Currie made this seamless, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only was her service impeccable, but her demeanour was so great that I forgot I was getting a phone. Quite possibly the best service I haave gotten anywhere for anything. Will go back again in the future.”

“Recently switched from another phone provider and upgraded to a new phone. New phone received was basically DOA. Reggie was able to very easily get me a new, upgraded device for basically no charge. Reggie is super helpful & resourceful, and was great at answering all questions I threw his way.”

No matter the problem or issue Arron stepped up owed the mistake of OTHER people and fixed everything. Do yourself the favor come to this T-Mobile and work with Arron and his incredible staff.”
