“I cracked my iphone screen (or so I thought). I called and the guy said that he would come to my home to fix it. I live in Anacortes, about an hour out of Bellingham, but he said he was going to be in Burlington for another customer, so no problem coming to my home (about 1/2 hour away). When he got to my home, he discovered that I had only cracked the screen protector. He removed the broken protector, gave me my iphone, and said \"no charge\" and that he \"didn't really do anything.\" Who does that? He also took an old iphone that I had put through the washing machine and said he would grind it up and recycle what he could. He was professional and responsive, and provided a great service. I will go straight to the iRecycle Guy if I have any other phone problems.”
