I had an incredible experience at this Rogers location! I recently switched over and was having some major issues with one of my new phones. After phone support couldn't resolve it, I had to head into the store.
I arrived just 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night, but the representative who helped me was an absolute lifesaver. Even though the store was about to close for the weekend, he didn't rush me at all. He ended up staying 15 minutes past closing just to make sure everything was 100% fixed and working perfectly.
I didn’t catch his name, but I am so grateful for the outstanding service and dedication. It’s rare to find that level of care these days—highly recommend this location!”
