“I have great things to say about Sketchers at High Street in Abbotsford. I have visited the store 3 or 4 times in the last month or so to purchase a variety of new shoes for an upcoming trip. Every visit I have received excellent customer service from Haja and the other staff member in the store ( I did not get her name). I now have several pairs of shoes that have been the most comfortable I’ve owned in years and I’m thankful I took the time to visit sketchers. As a retired human resources manager in Abbotsford for 20 years, I feel strongly about leaving an excellent review when I’ve experienced exceptional customer service, especially this day and age. Haja and his staff are very professional, pleasant, patient, and very helpful in their approach to customer service ensuring customers find the right shoes.
