“For the last few years we started buying all of our running shoes at The Running Room in Abbotsford just off of Sumas Way. The service there is always outstanding. The staff we deal with are very polite and are very knowledgeable about their products. They have always made sure that we are completely satisfied with our purchase. They never rush us to make a decision and encourage us to try out our purchases in store to ensure fit. They always remind us that if we ever have any issues with our shoes to bring them back. We have never had to. They also give us the option of in store pickup or having our items shipped to our home for free. We also respect that this store gives military and veterans a discount to honor their service. We also like the fact that this is a locally owned Canadian company. We would like to thank Sonja and Joanne for always giving us exceptional service. We APPRECIATE YOU!! “Called and asked if they had a shoe in stock they said unfortunately they didnt but they had a shoe that was very similar. I did some research and ended up going in to look at the similar shoe. Staff on was kind, greeted me when I walked in, looked in the back to check if they had the size i needed, I tried on a couple of pairs and well doing so staff checked in on me a couple of times even during the Christmas shopping business. I decided to go ahead and purchase a pair and was helped in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely be shopping here for shoes from now on!”
