“With our last BMW we took it to the dealer for regular service . As soon as our free service program was over the car had a seal issue. The cost from the dealer to fix it was so expensive we traded that car for a newer model. Now with our new car there was blue smoke coming out of the exhaust. Panic!!! Just a little until we found Nixon automotive on the internet . Wow an option other than the dealer to service our car (my wife’s car). Nixon’s Automotive s specializes in BMW s. The fix the blue smoke as it was only a turbo hose or something and we got to keep the car . They thoroughly went through the car and kept me informed what needed to be done and what could wait . They do excellent work as prior work did not come up as being a problem ever again . Spread out over several visits it was affordable to maintain our BMW . My wife liked them because the shop was very clean and secure and the washed the car before we picked it up. I would very much recommend Nixon’s Automotive for all BMW service and repairs. An excellent option after your dealer service plan expires.”

Francis took the time to carefully explain every step of his troubleshooting and repair process. Considering just how soggy the floor in the car was when I brought it in, I consider it a minor miracle that he could get the vehicle dried out and the blockages corrected in the short time it took. I cannot recommend this business strongly enough. A real class act!”

“Been here a few times now and the service is great. Nigel explains what they are going to do and keeps you up-to-date. We had an issue with a high pitch noise in my wife's vehicle. He did a quick test and was able to determine the issue. He explained what needed to be done, provided a quote and timeframe. When they finished, the quote was the amount we paid, and the timeframe was spot on. No more noise when driving the vehicle. We have been taking my wife's car here for regular maintenance since. Recently came to do an oil change and check a potential steering issue. He did an inspection of the steering but didn't find any codes/issue so didn't charge for the inspection. Only paid for the oil change. We recommend this place for mechanical issues and regular maintenance.”

“I bought an used F 150 in Sept 2021 (Ebi, sales fellow) and it is the best truck around. I had a tiny issue recently, and Jordan was very helpful - it was nothing mechanical. The truck has performed wonderfully, over the last 3 years.
