They take a package to an address they know they cannot deliver, and then they ask you to drive a 160 km round trip to pick it up at their office. Taking money of a service you know you cannot provide and holding your good hostage is something that shouldn't be legal. And I doubt it is legal.

We lived in a newest high-rise with 24hr concierge that holds all parcels including Canada post and Amazon. And FedEx never bother to leave the parcel to the concierge nor buzz nor call us! Hope They shut down FedEx whatsoever. The money i paid to get to their shipping center equals the value of my parcels.

Be prepared to line up for a hour, bring a chair. On site parking lot is full. Park at the pay meter few blocks away.
