“Today me and my son had such a wonderful experience shopping at Staples (marine drive branch) for my son’s upcoming Grade 1 school year. As a parent, preparing everything he needs can feel overwhelming, but the staff made the whole experience so much easier and genuinely enjoyable.
Every staff member I approached was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to assist me in finding the school supplies my son needs for Grade 1, and I truly appreciated how welcoming and attentive everyone was. I never felt rushed, and their willingness to help made me feel like they genuinely cared about making sure I found everything I needed.
I also had an amazing experience with the Printing Services team. KUNAL the staff member who assisted me was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me print customized stickers for my son’s school supplies. It may seem like a small thing, but seeing his personalized stickers made preparing for Grade 1 feel even more special and exciting.
Thank you to the entire Staples team for your kindness, excellent customer service, and for going above and beyond to help us prepare for this important milestone. “I bought furniture from this store about 10 years ago. Back then, the store seemed quite disorganized. The sales staff were always busy, they often charged me incorrectly, and the wait times for the furniture were always very long, so the overall experience wasn’t great.
Fast-forward 10 years, and I’m actually still using many of the pieces I bought from them back then. The quality has turned out to be much better than I expected, especially considering the price—it honestly exceeded my expectations by a lot.
This year, I moved and ended up buying several more pieces from them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the experience has improved so much. The sales staff are much more helpful and knowledgeable, especially my salesperson, Sharon, who was incredibly nice.
The delivery was also super fast. The loveseats I ordered arrived in just three days! Compared to the sofa I ordered from King Living, which took three months to arrive, that was unbelievably fast.”
