“I had a genuinely fantastic experience at Sleep Country, largely thanks to Andres.
He was exceptionally kind, respectful, and patient throughout the entire visit. Even though it was closing time, he stayed an extra 20 minutes past hours just to make sure I had the time to choose comfortably. I even offered to come back the next day, but he insisted on making sure I didn't feel rushed at all—zero sales pressure from start to finish.
During the purchase process, we ran into a hiccup when we found out another location had already marked down the specific mattress I selected as sold. Instead of letting that ruin the experience, Andres immediately resolved the issue by offering a great discount on an alternative model to make up for it. That level of customer care and quick problem-solving is rare to find.
One tip for future buyers: if you need both an old mattress and a box spring removed, make sure to negotiate this upfront. Standard delivery and removal runs about CAD 99, but that policy only covers removing a single piece at delivery. If you want the second piece taken away as well, they typically charge an extra CAD 120 unless you bargain to have both bundled in for a more reasonable price.

Last time, I special ordered some dining furniture all the way from Italy and every thing was handled in such a professional manner. Ryan from the Coquitlam store was especially helpful. He's friendly, knowledgeable, to the point and never pushy. It was well worth the wait. The delivery was really good as well. “We had this company build us a T.V. stand back in late October and took delivery in early November. We noticed that after the delivery people left that it had a slight wobble. We contacted Shora the lady that sold us the stand in Coquitlam, she explained to us that the floor might not be quite level but dispatched the builders to our home anyway just to be sure. It turned out she was correct but they were able to place a pad under one of the legs to stop the wobbling. They were quick, efficient and polite even though we had basically wasted their time. We are now very pleased with our new stand and also the great service Knock on Wood, Shora and the builders provided to us and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this post, they definitely deserve 5 stars in our opinion!”
