The two gentlemen that delivered and installed the sectional for us, Pargat and Ranjan, were very professional and careful with our walls, doors...etc. They assembled the sectional and took all the cardboard and garbage with them. I have to say that I have been treated with the utmost respect and received the best customer service from all the sleep specialists at this store. Namely, Brock, Andres, and Angela. My first contact was with Brock, but the other two were just as pleasant to deal with.Due to circumstances out of our control, we had to delay delivery of our 1st order for over a year. They were all so understanding and never made it out to be a big issue. Since that time, we have bought a few more beds. “We looked at furniture at other stores but weren't impressed with the quality or the prices. Happened to see Sofaworks and were so glad we stopped in. The salesperson was very patient and helpful, answering all of our questions and suggesting solutions to our concerns. She even wrote us an estimate of the sofa and loveseat we wanted, complete with additional features like the sofa coming in 2 pieces (to make sure it would fit) and additional small cushions to put behind the back pillows to make working from home more comfortable. We had intended to check out more stores but never left the parking lot, as we knew we'd never find anything else as perfect for our needs at such good quality and a reasonable price.We must have ordered at the perfect time because we had our brand new, made to order furniture within about 3 weeks. (They originally said it would take longer.) While we were waiting they even worked with us to get us a sample of the fabric so we could buy a matching rug and accent pillow covers.Delivery day was a dream, as for a very reasonable additional fee we were able to have our new furniture delivered AND our old furniture removed at the same time, meaning we were never left without furniture to sit on. And it ended up costing less than many rubbish removal services would have charged for just the removal.We love our new furniture and guests do too. It looks and feels wonderful. Better still, it feels like we have furniture we will be enjoying for many years to come. We highly recommend them!”
