This H&M location is a big, two-story store with women's clothing and accessories on the top level and men's and children's on the lower level. It offers tons of new summer wear for everyone, plenty of shoes to pick from, and great deals, with styles that suit a budget. The store is kept neat and tidy. There is plenty of staff available to help locate items or resolve issues, providing great and chill customer service without being pushy. While specific older items may not be available, customers report loving their experience and plan to return.
I visited the H&M store recently with high hopes but was initially disappointed by the unfriendly staff at the sale section. As a person with a disability, I felt disregarded. But then, I met Farnaz.
