“Yesterday my husband shopped at Armani in Metrotown and our sales associate Christina was just absolutely above and beyond our expectations. She has an amazing sense of style and she was so loyal to us throughout our entire shopping. I believe we spent about 3-4 hours there but it didn’t even feel like it. She never pushed us to buy anything and gave my husband her honest opinion about his choices and told us whether it looked or that it was not to his generation. Certain styles fits a certain age group so he got the ones that were his age yet made him look so good. If you ever get a change to shop at this location ask for Christina (Tina), she’s just so amazing and so kind and sweet. We went it buying clothes but left with a new friendship ☺”

“I truly had an exceptional experience shopping at this location. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed into the store with a friendly hello. The associate/ manager even remembered my daughter and I from a previous visit, which was really impressive. I asked if they stocked an item I saw online and she offered to check for me. As we were chatting my 1 year old knocked my coffee over spilling it all over the floor. As a new mom I was truly mortified but Hayley was so nice and didn’t make a big deal about it and helped me clean it up. I ended up finding two pairs of pants and they even priced matched the online price. Every associated I talked to was kind and helpful. Hayley even shared about making an appointment to shop for my next visit. I will definitely shop at this location again!”

“I called the night before to ask if any Snoopy backpacks were in stock, and they had one left so they put it on hold for me. I went in the next day and was helped by Lydia (pardon me if I’m spelling the name wrong) and she was very sweet and friendly. I definitely recommend this location as it’s easy to get to via the SkyTrain. Overall, a quick and pleasant experience. Thank you again to Lydia. One of the nicest employees I have met in any retail store! ^_^”

“Hi, I wasn’t planning on going to the mall today but joined my bro n sis in law n the first spot we stopped was at Club Monaco, and had the pleasure of meeting Tori, absolutely a dream sales associate giving such a refreshing, stylish n positive vibe that is increasingly rare these days! I get anxious and typically do online shopping but I loved the spaciousness, and NY aesthetic going on. Club Monaco is a 90s staple & would also love to see the retro crew necks back with logo. I just want to thank Tori and her own personal style as well as makeup was ? on point, she needs to be on the front of the ad campaign! Absolutely stunning and she had impeccable style choices and a cool n confident energy and I plan to return back again, ✨”

“Awesome experience! I was looking for a wallet with a very specific interior for a very long time. I found one in this store, and even though they didn't have the preferred color in this location, they had was one of those wallets in the Outlet. The very same worker was going to have a next shift there, so he helped me to ship the wallet to my address and it was there the day after next. The wallet turned out to be even better than the ones that I considered in person, because the brush on the wallet was metallic and not multi-colorful textile one. I prefer the wallet. I got way more than what I saw in person and I'm very grateful to the worker who helped me with picking it out.”

Perfect score for the service by Navjit and Tanner. Navjit literally picked out all the dresses for me because for some weird reason the company’s dresses run very small and there’s limited stuff in my size. She found me so many dresses on the floor. Tanner was super kind and helped me the entire time too. The staff here work so hard. If it wasn’t for the staff, I would have bought one dress only. With their help and moral support, I bought more than 20 dresses. I hope the company gives the staff credit. And every staff was super kind.”

“Had a really great experience with the Arc’teryx Metrotown team. James from the Richmond Centre store had already coordinated with them regarding my reordered cap, and the Metrotown team made the whole pickup process incredibly smooth.
I especially appreciated that the team actually gave me a call to let me know the cap had arrived and was ready for collection. It was a small gesture, but very thoughtful and much appreciated.
