“Yo, peep this review of Home Depot on Henning Drive in Burnaby, BC. This spot is straight-up my go-to for all home renos and appliances, no cap. Located right in the mix, it's got everything you need to pimp out your crib, from tools to fixtures and everything in between. But yo, let's keep it real - dealing with the staff can be a hit or miss situation. Some of them are mad helpful, but others be actin' like they got better places to be, you feel me? Like, I'm tryna get my keys cut, and they just walkin' past like they ain't even seein' me. But hey, I guess they just grindin', hustlin' to keep up with the demand. Despite the occasional staff drama, I still keep comin' back to Home Depot. It's right around the way, and ain't no other spot in the hood that's got such a dope selection of home improvement gear. So yeah, even though the service can be whack sometimes, this joint stays my go-to for all things home improvement.”

“I don’t know if someone observed it or not there was a lady sitting near superstore and being loud may be because she was alone and had nobody to talk to and surprisingly I was at Winners (shoe department)and saw her and I was sooo happy and glad that Winners gave her opportunity atleast someone tried to give people opportunity. “I have shopped here since 2008. Experiences were always as expectedly well as it’s a department store offering premium brands. I for one am more of a value shopper and hunt the deals. I’ve found several here over the years. Lately I have been doing only online purchases so I often only make it to the store to process returns and exchanges. Today I have overly exception customer Service from Simrat. (February 3, 2024 6pm). It was great to have this type of service and her teammates were alsoPleasant. Unlike most customer service (return) counters, all three of these staff members displayed a genuine willingness to assist. (Lovedeep and a gentleman whose name I did not catch) outstanding service folks!I was greeted when I entered the store and acknowledged when I left. Classic customer service folks! ?”

“Canadian Tire's cat litter is cheaper than Pet Smart's. At first, what I wanted to buy not on the shelf. The staff named Ammetah helped me go to the warehouse to pick it up. The cat litter was quite heavy. Thank her very much who made this shopping experience e so convenient for me”

There's plenty of staff available to help locate something or to resolve any issues and they do a great job in keeping the store near and tidy as well.”

“I visited here for a DoorDash pickup and was assisted by Harveer and was pleased to see her work ethic and compassion for the job she was doing. She stressed upon getting the job done as directed the authorities with no sign of discomfort or denial to any of my requests which amused me and gave me a sip of the day’s motivation to do my job in the same manner with no ifs and donts.”

“I went to the electronic department and I was helped by a young man named Ryan. I cannot believe how patient he was with me and he put in an incredible amount of effort to help me with my new phone. On many occasions I have witnessed him be the exact same way with several other customers. It’s seems as if everyone that walked by knew him by name because of how helpful he has been with them.
