Romia Shoes is a godsend for women with small feet, offering a good selection of nicely designed, good quality, and comfortable size 5 women's shoes. The store provides great customer service, with salespersons described as lovely, very helpful, and clear with store policies. Shoppers report receiving shoes quickly and in totally new, mint condition with no blemishes whatsoever.
The store has strict policies, including final sale on sale items and exchange only on full-priced, unworn items. The onus is on the shopper to get it right the first time.
