“I called up this store after not being able to find a pair of all-white leather shoes locally, to take on a trip to Europe. I was on a short deadline and Jean was helpful in answering my questions over the phone about whether the Tour II shoes (wider style) would be able to fit my custom orthotics. I only own one other pair of SAS shoes in a different style and they were fitting a bit tight with my new orthotics.
Jean understood the urgency of me needing to try on the only pair of size 9B shoes she had in stock in this shoe style, with me living outside of BC, and offered to drop them off at a post office for me within a couple of hours of our phone call and transaction. The gamble paid off because I received the shoes within a few days before my trip and they fit great with my orthotics and looked good with my outfits. The shoes were comfortable right out of the box and I wore them during my 2-week trip without needing any break-in period. Thank you again Jean for all of your assistance 🙏🏼”

“Very impressed with everyone at the store. Stopped by the store on a whim when I saw a sign about waterproof shoes. Had numerous folks offering to help, but none were the pushy sales-person variety. Just there when you needed help or had questions. Ended up with a pair of On Cloud 6. So far, so good.”
“Staff was friendly and helped me with a refund from over a year ago lol. That was nice of them and I super appreciated the woman's help. Footwear guy was a little sassy but I think that's just his personality so I got behind it and he was definitely helpful so no complaints there. “My wife and I are happy to share the great experience with Mr. Teddy Chen in the Weekend MaxMara store in Metropolis Burnaby BC location store.My wife bought the black padding jacket but unfortunately, she found out some issue immediately so she contacted to sales person to solve the problem but not much supportive after sales so my wife was so worried about it because we need to come back to home in US at tomorrow. Fortunately, my wife could reach out Mr. Teddy Chen over the phone. although Mr. Chen was not sales person for my wife's jacket. he took care of everything for my wife to solve the problem with endless smiles. It was so amazing experience. we never met this great sales person in any store in US, Canada, ASIA, and even Europe. The customer service from a Filipino lady was phenomenal; however, while I was trying different sizes, there were two employee who stood directly in front of me with their backs turned on me and were talking about me… I did buy the shoes but there is no reason to be judgy to customers, that was absolutely tasteless for two sales clerks… the two employees were: one white lady and an Indian lady…”
