Absolutly zero customer service. Doesn’t call back or leave pick up into slips when items are not deliverable. Would never knowingly order an item that uses them for courier service again. Drivers are rude when they call and hang up when mid sentence.

Horrible service! I want to rate 0 if i can. They leave my package in a unsecured area, without knock door or ring doorbell. It result in my package was lost! I do online order all the time and its the first time experience lost, and all other delivery always put in from my door and its a more secured area.
