“Our experience in store was great. James was very thorough and knowledgeable, and was able to find us a bed that worked for our achy bodies. The delivery service however, was atrocious. The two gentleman that delivered the bed were rude, would start speaking to eachother in another language in the middle of us speaking to them, and then left extra parts and garbage all over the floor, without telling us what the parts were even for. It's unfortunate when the last point of contact for a large purchase, are these individuals that showed up for delivery.”

“A few months ago, we bought two budget foam mattresses for our young daughters. Unfortunately, they had a strong chemical smell that lingered every morning—like a factory in their bedroom—despite daily airing. It gave me also some concerns about their health and this heavy odor. After two months, we contacted Mr. liquidator mattresses, and they were incredibly helpful. They let us trade in the old mattresses and gave us excellent advice on better options.
Although the new mattresses were a bit more expensive, they were absolutely worth it. The smell disappeared after just one day, and our daughters now sleep wonderfully. Compared to other stores, the price was still very reasonable.
We’re extremely happy with the service and the quality. A big thank you to the team for your honest advice, friendly help, and for offering the trade-in! I definitely recommend this company!”
