About The UPS Store
The UPS Store provides professional, kind and efficient service. Customers note it is a one stop shop for printing, laser engraving, engineering prints and shipping. Staff are described as extremely helpful, patient, hands-on and smiling. They deal with customers effectively and work quickly to ensure satisfaction. The team is transparent and trustworthy in handling transactions, including navigating complex issues like customs paperwork for international shipments. They keep clients updated and resolve problems. The service is consistently reliable, with customers frequently getting exactly what they came for without long waits. This leads to high satisfaction and repeat business from clients who continue to use the store for their shipping and paperwork needs.
