Dean and his team are amazing to work with. We have other printing companies in the past and were constantly being disappointed. Now we have someone who can take care of our printing needs in all aspects. We now use them for event signage, branded stationery and everyday printing needs. Their printing is quality, service is remarkable and they also have the most adorable little furry greeter who will warm your heart!We are extremely happy we’ve found them!!!

Ask for 4 of packages to be picked up. i was on vacation. Most expensive item was sent to my house, where someone who didn't have my name or identification witch was required picked it up took my package. Luckily for me it was the upstairs tenant, so I got that item.2 packages at the pick up location and 1 missing but someone with my name and identification signed for it. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!

I have had multiple bad experiences with UPS this year alone and I have only used them twice.Both times I was notified I would be receiving my expected delivery on a specific day, each time I received multiple notifications it was arriving and out for delivery only to have it not arrive and receive more notification's of delays.This wouldn't be a big deal if it were not for the fact a signature is required.I arrange my days to be home to complete my obligation only to have them not complete theirs .This is a delivery company that does not deliver and it's a miracle they are still in business.I work for a federal delivery company and if we had issues like this people would lose their jobs and rightfully so.Ups needs to do better and get their service figured out, give actual delivery notifications they stick to and stop wasting people's extremely valuable time.

Quick and simple. The nice lady at the counter helped me figure out the wonky return label I was given. And even packed the box and made sure it was all secure. Thank you so much!

When I initially shipped my package (which I am a newbie at!) the staff was helpful and it *seemed* like great service. However, I was not told that on top of the shipping fee (of almost $130) I would also be charged import fees. I was also told that the item would be delivered on the 15th unless it was held up at the border. As per my tracking information, it departed the government facility the same day it arrived there. However, the package did not arrive until the 20th. And when I called this location when the package was late, I was rudely told ‘it’s held up at the border’ before even supplying my tracking number! Seems like that’s the stock answer if something is late. And even when I called inquiring about why the package was held up, no mention was made of having to make an additional payment. This delayed the shipment by another day.I also had a poor experience trying to make a complaint with UPS itself, but these are just the things I was disappointed with at this store.

Excellent store. Well run. Been using it for years and years. No complaints. Not one. You go in and treat those who work there with respect and they reflect the same. Thank you for the service I’ve continually received!

This UPS Store is a little bit hard to find, they are right on 56 Avenue and face the A&W and shares the same building as Starbucks. Once you find it, you will be greeted by staff and enjoy quick friendly service as there is usually no lineups and you are in and out fast. The store is also very clean and tidy unlike a few other UPS Stores I have been to.

Dean was so helpful. I was at my wit’s end with DHL and I didn’t want to have to go to a store. But thankfully Dean was there to help me. He made it easy and relatively fast. He was pleasant and calm when the payment had technological problems and he accommodated me with a simpler solution. I’m so thankful that the package is on its way for Christmas and UPS Cloverdale made that happen.

Amazing service. I came in with a return for an online purchase and it was my first time doing it. I brought in the documents I needed for the return but my package needed to be packed. The guy working there was super helpful and did the whole return for me. Would definitely come here again.

Horrible delivery record with this location. Drivers don’t even attempt most deliveries and customer service is incredibly poor from my numerous experiences. Use any other company, FedEx DHL or local, they are all better in this area.

I needed 8' foot by 3' canvas printed so I contacted Dean the owner as I had done some previously business with him to a high satisfaction. The print turned out amazing and the price was very good. I would highly recommend this location of the UPS Store for any of their services.

Don't spend any of your money with UPS.No phone support, inaccurate warehouse hours, no online support.UPS will state a delivery attempt was made, but not leave a notice, phone call, email, or anything.The amount of time wasted is incredible.

" the owner is rude and not helpful"I came to this place to return a shipment back to my shipper. I saw the 4 star review of this place so I figured that I will get a decent service here. When I came in, the owner Dean was there to help me. I barely do return shipment so I not familiar with the process on how to return a package to my shipper. I guess when Dean realized that I am only returning a package with a prepaid label, he had no appetite to help me though the process. He was rude and condescending when I was asking him questions about the return. He sounded irritated and told me it's " peel and stick" when I was just confirming if I applied the return label correctly.I dont know if Dean makes any money on returning packages with a prepaid label but it doesnt justify being rude and condescending to your customers.Take your business somewhere else and dont come here.
