“Friendly staff. Went in for some tractor parts on Friday afternoon... was thinking nah probably have to order in... not so... met by Friendly service rep and he had em in stock ... up and running an hour later. Thanks to your staff my day ended well. I purchased various equipment 5 years ago as I had moved to a larger property and needed some mechanical assistance lol. Blower brush trimmer Husqvarna mower and trailer... Glad to see they still have that great service attitude. Great place to reply on for your equipment services and parts.”
“Lots and lots of supplies! I stopped by to get nylon ropes and shrink wrap to tarp our house after a solar panel installation screws damaged our roof. This is the best place to go, with friendly and super helpful staff. They also have drills and screws too.”
“I was looking for a pair of Canada west work boots and a-one carries that line. However, I am going to be honest and say I was hesitant to go and spend my money there based on previous reviews.. When I called, the employee was extremely helpful and set aside a few pair of boots for me to try and I was just going to get a fitment and order online. I got there after work, I sat down and started to try on boots and the employee was extremely nice, knowledgeable and good at her job. She answered all my questions, knew the difference in each boot and helped me determine what would be best for my work. I'm only 3 hours into my shift but the new Canada west boots I got from A one are fantastic and so were the people at the store. Ignore all the negative posts. These people are knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to supplying canadian made boots. I'll be buying all my Saftey gear here from now on.
Thank you A One”
