“My feet were having problems and my Dad said that he just found the best shoes that worked great for his feet. He told me that Andy helped him out, analyzed his feet and watched him walk.I then went to see Andy to! Excellent service, found the perfect match for my feet and even showed me stretches to help my feet feel better.We had come from Campbell River, and l felt bad that when we left he turned off the close sign. He never mentioned they were closing, and stayed late to help us. He went above and beyond!A huge thank you Andy! I love all three of my new pair of shoes! You fixed my hurting feet!”

“The people make the place. That is certainly true here. The staff member who offered us help was great, she found what we were looking for very quickly. I had noticed, before and after she helped us, that she was very busy helping other customers, as well. She took the time to look for customers needing help. The person who was running the front till was also great and speedy. Good staff, great experience, would definitely shop here again. Thank you to the staff working here when we came in.”

“It's not that I don't believe the bad reviews, but when I went in there was a young man helping me and I got a pair of blundstones thanks to him helping me try on several pairs of shoes. They were helpful and patient with me, walking me through the different styles and features and giving me all the time I needed to walk around the store with the shoes on feeling them out. Helped me get insoles to make the shoes fit perfectly and honestly it was an all around good experience. Will probably go back.”
