“Thank you Modern Bathrooms, so glad we found you! The quality and price of the product is amazing! They had exactly what we needed and were looking for when renovating our ensuite bathroom. The customer service is top notch and they helped us out with our countertop choice perfectly after my wife and I had mistakenly ordered the wrong one. Thank you to Michelle and especially Austin for all their help,.. We definitely recommend Modern Bathrooms for your next project!”

“Logan did an amazing job in helping me for advice and giving clear instructions. He was very enthusiastic and professional. I received his wonderful customer customer service while the another associate did not. He was very knowledgeable about his job make solution more practical and highly efficient for both customer and the store. He was very careful to verify and double check all information before processing. He deserve a better promotion. And House of Knife definitely needs more staffs like him.”

“Lady named Sonja around the curtains section was extremely helpful, and she went over and beyond to assist us, but there was another lady who was at the light section at the time was extremely rude to us, we approached to ask a question by starting to say Hi, she didnt even look at us and said Hi, and then she was like we are closed, I can’t help. But it was there on a Saturday around 745pm, the store closes at 9pm, if it wasnt Sonja who was extremely helpful, I would have given a way lower score because of the other rude lady.”
