“Excellent after sales service. Mr Narottam was able to look for a part i purchased 16 years ago. Best plumbing and lighting store to shop around. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent customer service from Sahil at Oziss Industries. He went above and beyond by contacting Toto on my behalf when a replacement tank wasn’t available. He called me back, explained that Toto would send a free replacement because the tank I was looking for had been discontinued. Truly outstanding support. Thank you, Sahil!”

“I am getting the supplies since a long time. Their customer dealing and commitment for the customer service is excellent. I have never been disappointed from supply and dealing perspective. I really recommend the Universal Supply for plumbing supplies. Keep it up guys”
