“I had a very disappointing experience. The cabinets looked good in photos, but the actual quality was below expectations. The finish had visible flaws, and some doors were slightly misaligned. Communication was slow, and updates were rarely provided unless I followed up multiple times.”

“Extremely happy with Instyle Cabinet for the supply and install of new custom cabinets for the remodel of my bar, laundry and linen. I would immediately work with them again for any future cabinet work!

The end results are beautiful - doors are perfectly aligned, cabinets are level, plumb and square despite the uneven/sloped floor of my basement. The entire process throughout quoting, sale, measurement, conceptualization, material selection and install was top notch. Showroom has samples and palettes of all their available materials for one to custom choose as one pleases. I was welcome to bring various samples back with me, and where large samples were not available, they were brought in for me.

“I like their products I have purchased from them a couple of times previous to this experience I walked in to order a black trim shower door. I showed them the one I wanted and I said I want this one in black. We went to the ladies desk and she pulled up the order Skews and I reminded her I wanted the black one. Somehow she entered the chrome one and after she was about to print the paperwork I couldn’t. I asked her to confirm that it was the black one and she said yes, and when I got to the warehouse with the paperwork, I asked the guy in the warehouse if this was in fact, the black one and he said yes today is supposed to be installation day but instead of installing and completing this job on time, I now have to spend an hour and a half driving to Richmond to exchange it now the job won’t get completed today four times I mentioned I wanted the black One and four times they told me that the one I was picking up was black. This is a very disappointing experience. All in all this company is very good and they carry some amazing beautiful products ill be more diligent in confirming the produsts i wish to purchase in each future visit”

“We bought an electric Zwilling Kettle, that after 3 years of daily use stopped working. It had a five year warranty, so we brought it to the Metrotown Zwilling store, thinking they would send it in for repair and we would get back it in 4 - 6 weeks.The sales people at the Metrotown Zwilling store were very helpful and friendly. They tested our kettle on the spot and then sent us home with a brand new one. Over the years we've had warranty claims with other manufacturers and it was always quite a hassle. What a difference, we were really impressed!”
