No matter how many questions I had, they were always right there with clear, patient answers and great advice. Fantastic customer service—I'd definitely work with them again!”

“Working with Edmund was a pleasure. I didn’t have the most lucrative project for their team yet despite this, they were extremely professional, took multiple measurements, and made sure their work was top notch. Very happy I went with them. Competitive on price. Excellent on service. Highly recommend.”

“Great customer service and very fair pricing. For me, the biggest plus was that they had everything in stock—I could check out the samples in person, pay, and take my items home right away. It saved me a lot of hassle. A true one-stop shop, highly recommended!”

“I had a knife from a set which got broken and the metal part was separated from the handle. Have brought it to the store and even though I didn’t have the proof of the purchase Ren helped me to get a new one from the warranty. One of my best experiences in a retail store.”
