He was exceptionally kind, respectful, and patient throughout the entire visit. Even though it was closing time, he stayed an extra 20 minutes past hours just to make sure I had the time to choose comfortably. I even offered to come back the next day, but he insisted on making sure I didn't feel rushed at all—zero sales pressure from start to finish.
During the purchase process, we ran into a hiccup when we found out another location had already marked down the specific mattress I selected as sold. Instead of letting that ruin the experience, Andres immediately resolved the issue by offering a great discount on an alternative model to make up for it. That level of customer care and quick problem-solving is rare to find.
One tip for future buyers: if you need both an old mattress and a box spring removed, make sure to negotiate this upfront. Standard delivery and removal runs about CAD 99, but that policy only covers removing a single piece at delivery. If you want the second piece taken away as well, they typically charge an extra CAD 120 unless you bargain to have both bundled in for a more reasonable price.
