“I don’t normally leave reviews, but this pharmacy’s service is really next to none. I asked them to make a custom medication for muscle pain, and then deliver it to my place on Westwood Plateau. They not only made it quickly, billed my insurance, and delivered it into my hands. This type of custom-made medication, cannot be filled with Costco or Walmart. Marys can do it. Timely and accurately.”

“Got my COVID booster here today and had a really positive experience. I’m not a regular patient at this location, so I can only speak to this visit. The male pharmacist (Daniel) who helped me was kind, calm, and very informative: he explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free and trustworthy. Masks are available at the front. Parking is quite tight and limited, but there’s convenient transit nearby (including the 152 bus) and bike parking close by, which helps a lot. Store has limited space and seating. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back for another booster/vaccination.”

Every time I’ve dealt with him, he has been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, explains medications clearly, and never makes me feel rushed. It’s obvious that he cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I now specifically wait until Sunny is working because the quality of care is night and day compared to my previous experiences. This pharmacy is incredibly fortunate to have him. “I had such a positive experience at the Walmart pharmacy at Coquitlam Centre yesterday. Brian, the pharmacy manager and a pharmacist, took my prescription, and when I mentioned I was currently suffering from a migraine, he told me I could go straight to the pickup line. They had my prescription filled within three minutes! When you’re in pain, that kind of kindness and efficiency makes such a difference.
